Are their any tax implications with an award I order with my points?
"Tax Note: Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) requires that the company assess a taxable benefit on all awards including service awards. The CRA requirements state associates may receive up to two awards tax free for a total value not exceeding $500, including GST, in any one calendar year. If the value of the award(s) exceeds $500 or a third award is given, a taxable benefit will occur. All cash awards, gift certificates and vouchers are fully taxable regardless of the amount. *Please note that 1 Award Catalogue Point = $1.00"
Can I give my points to someone else?
This is a policy that may be outlined by your company. This system allows us to transfer points to and from anyone in the company or to whom ever the company chooses.
Can I purchase additional points?
Yes! Through your company head office you can implement the ability to purchase points. The choice is yours.
How do I access my account?
On the main page, click "My Account". Enter your E Number in the BOTTOM section of the page (as a first time log in). Once you enter your E Number, hit submit, and a password will be mailed to you immediately. With that password go back to the "My Account" page, and enter your E Number and password on the TOP part of that page. You should then have access to your account, and will be able to view your points. If you encounter any problems in accessing the site, contact head office.
How can I access my account?
On the main page, click "My Account". Enter your username (your Account number) in the bottom section of the page and click on submit, and a password will be e-mailed to you. With that password go back to the "My Account" page, and enter your username and password on the top part of that page. You should then have access to your account, and will be able to view your points.

What if I don't spend all of my points?
The points that you redeem for an award will be deducted from your account balance. The remaining points will remain on your account to be redeemed at a later time.
Where will my award be delivered?
The item(s) you have ordered will be shipped to the branch or business unit location that your account is allocated to.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once an order is placed, please allow up to 4-6 weeks for delivery.
