Each team member can receive up to a maximun of 5 HI-5's
(25 reward points) per year for recognition of going above and beyond by their peers, management or executives. – i.e. peer to peer recognition. A maximum of 5 high five’s can be “cashed” in. More than 5 cannot be carried over. See HR for criteria.
